Careers Springboard is a FREE service to help professionals, managers and graduate job seekers find paid employment. If you are a graduate job seeker we can help you secure your first professional role and start your career.

We give you the chance to network with experienced Careers Springboard members and fellow member graduates.

Careers Springboard will help you sharpen your job seeking skills. You will learn from professional coaches and presenters on how to give yourself the best possible chance of successfully landing your first professional job.

We provide advice and training in core job seeking skills through our website, one-to-one coaching and interview practice with professionally qualified coaches and via high quality presentations which focus on job search issues and how to get the best out of the support available from various providers.

Check out our Programme of Events on this website. Join our Monday evening employment support webinars to benefit from presentations from Executive coaches and industry experts.
