Ayesha spent 23 years in Marketing before changing her own career path at age 43.  During her corporate career she worked for some of the UK’s largest telecomms companies, including Sky, Virgin Media and BT.  Realising that she’s lost her passion for marketing she retrained as a coach and set up her own coaching practice 2 years ago.

Ayesha combines her corporate experience with her personal experience of being a busy working mum to support other mums feeling overwhelmed, stressed and burnt out.  Her specialist areas are career change, career development and work life balance.
