In this session Rosie will cover “In The Interview”. She will share her experience of conducting many many interviews. Main topics are:
– Different types of interview
– Questions, good and bad, and how to deal with them
– Preparing yourself mentally and having confidence
The session will run for approximately 1h 30mins. It will be as interactive as possible and will include exercises to practice dealing with some of those tricky questions.
The ongoing Covid situation means the trend towards video interviews has accelerated so that almost all are now conducted virtually. So, we’ll also look at interviews by Video – what’s the same and what’s different.
It will be useful if participants have covered the ‘interview preparation’ session before this one, but it is not essential.
