This session is about how to increase impact, image and personal brand for business in face to face interactions and digital settings, presented by Melissa Lund.
She will be discussing the importance of image as a business tool, both in face to face scenarios and digital meetings. She’ll be showing the science behind this and giving attendees some practical tips and tricks for improving image and impact. It will be a fairly short presentation but it will get everyone moving in the right direction. She would like the session to be interactive so during the question period, she would invite everyone to pitch in. This approach allows covering areas that people are generally concerned about and makes things more relevant for the attendees. She would like to hear everyone’s thoughts, comments and questions.
According to her, image is a powerful business tool which is often overlooked. Developing and improving your image, impact and personal brand is essential if you want to be noticed.

Melissa Lund trained at the London College of Fashion and with a TFIC approved company before starting her full-service image consultancy in 1993. For the past sixteen years Melissa has worked with private and corporate clients in the UK and Europe. Melissa is often asked to present seminars on a variety of image related topics and is currently writing a book about women’s style.
