A ‘Life Extraordinary’ seems to sum up much of what Peter has been doing all of his life. Beginning with an award-winning career in film making and an enviable international client base, to co-founding Connected Pictures with his son Adam Penny.
Now, Peter works with businesses on winning big pitches and specialises in Psychology for the Workplace, both short and long term, with independents and companies in London and Brussels. Drawing on the experience of working with world leaders he also coaches executive teams and individuals to communicate and present with confidence, calmness and creativity.
“In today’s constantly evolving commercial landscape, it’s crucial to invest in people feeling valued. Building resilience, understanding true purpose and positive impact, results in better relationships.
Over the past few years, Peter has been reawakening several important sets of creative business skills, and together with his business partner, lecturing the subject of Leadership to a large number of university students, world-wide with marked success.
This shared knowledge is fast becoming a value innovation tool in the making, with insights garnered pointing to the importance of media studies, executive training and coaching beyond the classroom – it’s indeed a subject for all and for the life-learner in leadership specifically.
This is to plant a seed to explore ways in which we can collaborate to co create ‘modules’ and nuggets of learning material that teaches the art of media studies for a modern world whether we chose this planet or the metaverse, it’s our chorus to cultivate”.
