Rosie runs a Resilience for Performance programme. Periods of career transition can be very stressful regardless of how resilient you are. Following her MSc research in this area, Rosie runs a resilience boosting programme where participants experience higher energy, more proactivity, more self-confidence and improved composure. Participants also report better stress management and better relationships.

Dr Rosie Miller is a positive psychology coach and people transformation consultant. She specialises in helping leaders and people thrive during change.
For corporate clients, Rosie coaches leaders of today and future leaders in a wide range of companies. Client organisations include Nomura, Morgan Stanley, SAP, LinkedIn, Thales, National Grid, Water UK, and Mott McDonald. For private clients, Rosie supports individuals to make the career transitions they desire whether within sector or across sectors. She enables people to cut through complexity, taking their thinking into clear understanding of their options going forward.
Rosie has run her own business supporting people to achieve their career goals for 16 years. Prior to that she held account management roles in the consulting arms of Ernst and Young, Roland Berger and Partners and Coopers and Lybrand, advising energy companies on privatisation and strategy. Her early career in Shell included Shell UK strategic planning. In the mid-1990s she ran major gas contract negotiations for Conoco’s European Gas business.
