About the Presenter – Rebecca Justus
Rebecca Justus is an Ethical Leadership Advisor and Coach who supports purpose-driven professionals and teams to create meaningful change through leadership, cultural humility, and strategic growth. With 15 years of global experience advancing equity, social justice, and human rights, she brings both depth and compassion to her work.
Originally from the U.S., Rebecca has lived in 12 countries and travelled to more than 60, giving her a rich international perspective. Her coaching approach combines empathy, resilience, and practical action to help individuals thrive personally and professionally.
