Clare works with Organisations to help them develop and transform their people into a more confident, engaged, effective and productive workforce. This is achieved by delivering engaging solutions at training sessions, learning events and conferences. Using humour, actors and highly skilled facilitation , the process enables people to communicate and function at a high level and reach their full potential.
Clare will deliver her presentation with the help of actors in a fun, interactive way, allowing our members to participate by chatting live or writing in the chat (zero pressure 😊 ). Members would observe a scene and then comment on it. They would give advice and recommendations to the character struggling with their confidence/communication skills.
By the end of the session, members will leave with a better understanding of what good communication looks and feels like. Looking at mindset and communication skills themselves.
