In this session Eddie Maguire will cover “The Interview Itself”.  Eddie will share his experience of conducting hundreds of interviews.  Main topics are:

∙           Different types of interview,

∙           Questions”, good and bad, and how to deal with them

∙           Preparing yourself mentally and having confidence

The Covid pandemic accelerated the trend towards video interview so that many  are now conducted virtually.  So we’ll also look at interviews by Video – what’s the same and what’s different.

 The session will be as interactive as possible including exercises to practice dealing with some of those tricky questions.
