Personal branding is a concept that will create uniqueness for yourself and enable you as a member of Careers Springboard to ultimately deliver a consistent message to your audience, that will ensure you are memorable for the right reasons, hopefully! It is in part a sales process and having self awareness at the start contributes significantly in terms of knowing who you are, what you have to offer and how you are going to market it. Finally, the measure of your success, is impacted by being able to demonstrate that the media via which you engage is amplified to the right level ensuring that your needs can and will be met.
Graham delivers a very interactive session to our members, which will ensure that you are participative throughout the evening and leave with clarity about how to create your personal brand.

Graham is a qualified coach, helping others to achieve their potential and maximise the opportunities which may be presented to them.
He draws on his experience as European Sales Manager for 9 years whilst at IBM, which in part enables him to build strong sustainable relationships. He also built up and sold his own plc (Status Group) in the IT industry before setting up his current business – Mycroft Group.
Graham has been supporting Careers Springboard for over 10 years delivering a variety of different topics to our members, which have in turn equipped them with further skills enabling them to be more competitive during their job search whilst seeking another role.
