About Amelia Miller
Amelia Miller is the co-founder of Ivee, a platform designed to empower women returning to the workforce without having to settle for less. She is a published psychologist and a Fellow at the University of Cambridge, specialising in candidate choice in recruitment. After seeing first-hand the challenges women face when re-entering the job market, Amelia dedicated her career to developing solutions that help women return to work at their true value. Ivee run CV and job market ‘boot camps’, networking events, have a learning hub and accept job listings from approved organisations with good “returner ratings” and flexible working.
