Erin Berry
Erin is a HR professional who has been partnering with business leaders for over 25 years. Whether supporting scalable growth across a variety of geographic, legislative and cultural jurisdictions, or transforming transactional functions into “value-adding” infrastructure and capabilities, she has been responsible for leading transformational change for organisations spanning UK, Europe, North America, Middle East, Asia and Pacific. PRINCE2 certified with a degree in Human Resource Management and Business Studies, Erin has been a board-level operator drawing from a wide array of industry experience and global market challenges; ranging from scale-up SME’s to blue-chip. Erin has previously engaged with companies such as GlaxoSmithKline, Oracle and Aspen Tech, and is currently Group VP, Human Resources at Simbec Orion Group Ltd.
Wolfgang Kleemann
Wolfgang is a Senior Programme Manager with a proven track record of implementing IS systems in the Automotive and Retail Industry over 20+ years. He is very experienced in HR Transformation, WORKDAY (HCM, Integrations, Time Tracking) Payroll, Business Process, Budgeting, Retail, ITIL, Relationship Management and Portfolio Management. He is also bilingual in English and German. Wolfgang has been a Project Manager at Harrods and fulfilled a variety of positions with Renault, assuming roles that have included being a Business Systems Manager. He has also engaged with Nissan Motor Corporation, where he fulfilled positions that include: Relationship Manager and HR Portfolio Manager. In his current role at DS Smith, Wolfgang is Head of HR Systems.
Keith Cornell
Keith is a turnaround / interim CEO, who brings over 20 years of executive management, boardroom, sales & marketing and corporate development experience in the global technology / software / telecoms market. He is brought into difficult and complex situations as a turnaround / growth CEO. These roles are usually introduced by Venture Capitalists (VCs) that are dissatisfied with the performance of a portfolio company in the £5-25m revenue range.
In addition, he works with smaller companies as an active, engaged Chairman; coaching and assisting the CEO/Senior Management Team (SMT) in accelerating growth. Keith’s experience spans large corporates like Vodafone and O2, and smaller turnarounds like Nanoradio (purchased by Samsung) and EnOcean. He is just completing a role as CEO of Netsnapper Technologies (purchased by Globetouch this month).
Kathleen Shaw
Kathleen is an accomplished Learning and Development Manager and HR professional with external client and internal business relationship management experience and skilled in translating strategic business priorities into organisational behavioural outcomes. Kathleen achieves results through working collaboratively and influencing stakeholders and develops the potential of individuals to deliver improved organisational performance and effectiveness. A proven track record of designing and delivering a range of creative and highly impactful interventions.
Amongst her varied roles, Kathleen has been Broadcaster and Presenter for BBC Radio Oxford and BBC Radio Berkshire and a lecturer, mentor and coach at Bucks New University. In her more recent role, Kathleen was Learning & Development Business Manager for Arvato Bertelsmann UK and BMW UK.
Hilary McClintock
Hilary started her business career in brand marketing for fast moving consumer goods within the food and drink industry, before marketing retail restaurants. She has also worked in recruitment, training and consultancy in various roles and gained an MBA from Henley Management College. In addition to her day job, she served for eight years as a non-executive director of The Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd, (which includes charity shops, recycling, and clothing). She is currently a trustee of Wycombe Homeless Connection. In 2007 Hilary was ordained and is now the full-time minister at St Andrew’s United Reformed Church, Gerrards Cross.
