Monday 23rd Feb 2026 – Webinar: Managing Anxiety and Imposter Syndrome in today’s Job Market

February 23 @ 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

N.B. This meeting was originally scheduled for March 2nd but has been swapped to Feb 23rd.

Session Summary – Overcoming Imposter Syndrome at Work
Imposter syndrome is that quiet fear of being “found out” even when your experience and achievements clearly prove your capability. In competitive, fast-moving job markets, it can quickly turn into anxiety, hesitation and second-guessing your own potential.

In this practical and reflective session, Gladys Ajayi explores why imposter thoughts show up so strongly in today’s workplace and how anxiety subtly influences the way we apply for roles, present ourselves and make career decisions. This is not a motivational pep talk. It’s a hands-on session designed to help you understand what’s driving those thoughts, recognise unhelpful patterns, and develop realistic tools you can use immediately. You’ll leave with practical strategies, clearer self-awareness, and techniques to help you show up with intention even when confidence doesn’t come naturally.
