In this session Eddie Maguire will share his experience of conducting hundreds of interviews. Main topics are:
- Different types of interview
- Questions, good and bad, and how to deal with them
- Preparing yourself mentally and having confidence
The Covid pandemic accelerated the trend towards video interview so that many are now conducted virtually. So we’ll also look at interviews by video – what’s the same and what’s different.
The session will be as interactive as possible including exercises to practice dealing with some of those tricky questions.

Eddie is an executive coach, people developer and Director of ChangeWave. Eddie has been a senior leader in companies in multiple sectors, leading and delivering change and technology programmes.
