How to Understand the Power of Linkedin in your job search.

It should be a matter of fact in 2020 that possessing a LinkedIn profile is the ‘norm’ for those working in the majority of industry sectors. The LinkedIn socia media platform can be nurtured sufficiently to differentiate you from your competitors whilst ensuring that you stand out.
There are key attributes which must be included and maintained accordingly to ensure that YOU are found in key searches fulfilled by recruiters and organisations seeking to hire.

The LinkedIn algorithm will identify your profile in the top ‘X’ (number) within a search if the criteria being searched for matches with your profile.
It is very important to remember that once your profile has been created, this is just the start of your journey and not the end. To remain effective, a profile must be maintained with content added, altered and even sometimes removed (if you choose) to ensure that it reflects your current status.
