Who We Are
Careers Springboard is a FREE service run by local volunteers to help managers and professionals find paid employment. This service is now extended to help graduate job seekers secure their first professional role and start their careers.
The service is open to all graduates and those with higher education qualifications who wish to begin or expand on a professional business career.
We give you the chance to network with experienced Careers Springboard members and fellow member graduates all stages of your professional career.
Careers Springboard will help you sharpen your job seeking skills. You will learn from professional coaches and presenters how to give yourself the best possible chance of successfully landing your first professional job.
What We Do
We provide advice and training in core job seeking skills through our website, one-to-one coaching and interview practice with professionally qualified coaches and via high quality presentations which focus on job search issues and how to get the best out the support available from various providers…

What you can do
Check out our Programme of Events on this website. Come along on Monday evenings to Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, and you will be able to benefit from the company of members and a highly qualified volunteer team who have lots of business experience and contacts………we strongly recommend that you chat to them and see how they can help you in your job search. They will be very pleased to help you!
Take advantage of our CV support, attend the meetings, take up interview practice and 1:1 coaching sessions and use any and all of your contact network to help you land that role!
