Top Tip on being employed – when you want to say YES – try saying NO – otherwise it is too easy and the other party is unlikely to be satisfied with the outcome. Make them work a little – we value what we work for!

A career spent in senior board level roles in UK retail; he ran the buying teams at Wickes, HSS Hire, and divisions of Jewsons. And has spent many years as a commercial negotiatior with The Gap Partnership – the worlds leading negotiation consultancy – where he advised and coached some of the worlds leading organisations with their negotiations.
He is a trained coach, and now chairs a Vistage advisory group, and has his own consulting business aimed at giving individuals and businesses – the EDGE!
